Our long-term rental program gives you all the benefits of a premium vehicle for an extended period — with no commitment after the first two months. It's a renewable monthly contract that stays active for as long as you want to stay in the program.
Remember, this is not a lease. The registration never goes in your name, which saves you thousands in taxes and fees. You're never locked into one vehicle for years. Want an SUV for the winter and a sports car for the summer? No problem.

Browse our fleet and select the vehicle that fits your lifestyle. Want to swap later? No problem — try a SUV in winter and a sedan in summer.
Provide Insurance
Add the Avis vehicle to your existing auto policy or purchase a non-owned auto policy. List Bob's Rentals as additional insured and loss payee.
Pick Up & Drive
Provide a credit card and a deposit (1.5x the monthly rate). Sign your renewable monthly contract and drive away — no long-term commitment after 2 months.

Insurance
You bring the insurance. We bring the vehicle.
Our program is transparent and lean. You maintain your own insurance coverage — adding the Avis vehicle to your existing policy or purchasing a non-owned auto policy. This gives you control over your coverage and saves you the markup of bundled insurance.
Your insurance carrier must list Bob's Rentals Inc. dba Avis Rent a Car as Additional Insured & Loss Payee on a certificate of insurance (ID cards and declaration pages are not sufficient). You'll update this confirmation with every vehicle exchange.

Report Damage
In the event of damage.
Complete the steps below and return all information within 48 hours of the incident. Failure to provide all requested information may void any purchased coverage.
Insurance Information
Obtain insurance information from all parties involved — carrier, policy number, and phone number. Create a claim with your insurance provider and provide us with their claim and contact information.
Photos & Documents
Take photos of the scene and all damages. Obtain copies of the police report, tow information and destination, insurance cards, and any other related documents.
Purchased Coverage
If you purchased coverage on the rental agreement, we still require you to obtain and provide information for all parties involved to maintain your coverage.
Submit Incident Report
Complete and sign the Incident Report and submit it with items 1–2 filled out within 48 hours. Vehicles returned with unreported damage violate contract terms and can void any purchased coverage.
When we have received your information, the claim will be processed. You will receive notification from our Claims Department with an invoice for damages within 60 days. All invoices must be paid in full by the invoice expiration, or interest will accrue at 1.5% per month unless prohibited by law, and any purchased coverage could be voided.
