Can I pick the color of the vehicle?
While we take color preference into consideration, we cannot guarantee colors of vehicles.

How do I make my monthly payment?
Monthly payments are made via Credit Card.

How many miles a month are included?
The program allows most vehicles 3,000 free miles per month, but can vary on make and model.

What happens if I go over the mileage cap of 3,000 miles per month? You will be billed $0.25/mile for any mileage over the allotted 3,000 miles per month. 

Who can drive the rental vehicle?
All Spouses and business associates (for business rentals) are permitted additional drivers with minimum age requirements.

Is there any down payment required?
There is no down payment required, however, we do require a deposit.

What is the minimum term of the rental?
To get the advertised rates, you will need to have the rental vehicle for a minimum of 2 months. 

How long do I keep the vehicle?
You are permitted to keep the vehicle until the mileage reaches 12,000-15,000 miles. We will never request your vehicle back unless we have a suitable exchange (color is not a reason to exchange).

Can I purchase insurance from your company or should I use my own?
We require our renters to provide insurance on a scheduled auto policy. Click here to view a sample insurance certificate that we will require before the beginning of the rental.

What do I do if I get into an accident? 

If an accident occurs, please reach out to us as soon as possible. We will set up an exchange. Please do not schedule any repairs to be made to our vehicle. Click here Report Damage.

How do I go about routine maintenance of my vehicle? 

We simply ask that you take the vehicle to the appropriate dealer to get a full synthetic oil change. Once completed, please send us the invoice and we will credit the money you paid out of pocket directly onto the rental contract.
